I recently bought some property in Forestburg, Texas. It is a beautiful wooded property on a hill and has a rustic cabin that needs some plumbing work. The cabin, which sits on concrete blocks with very little space underneath, has burst water pipes under there. We will need to either dig down to access the burst pipes or remove the floor to access it. Either way, there is a possibility that there will be snakes under there! Does anyone have any experience with this kind of problem and what worked for you to scare them off BEFORE you went in?

Thanks for any help!
