My husband is at his elderly parents' home for 2 weeks and called me this morning to see if someone using 'the Natural Way' methods can come up with a way to get rid of moss growing on the roof. My in laws live is NW Washington State, and due to the constant moist, rainy weather, a lot of moss accumulates on the shingles, and eaves, eventually clogging up and causing water to leak into the house.
My inlaws bought some chemical solution, but my hubby decided to talk to me first.
My first thought was to use vinegar. Anyone else have ideas?
I don't know how thick this moss is growing, but apparently it is quite a problem.
Thanks in advance.
