I have several euonymons (?) in my yard and so does my neighbor. They have gotten spotty and the leaves have yellowed then died and fallen off. My neighbor's has taken the brunt of it, but mine are starting to follow suit. She sprayed hers with soapy water but it didnt help. Any ideas. Thanks

This is a common problem with eunomous here in Texas. This plant does not like our heat and other conditions. You will most likely fight it until the day it dies. I would advance that day and plant something that loves it here vs trying to keep this plant on life support.
