Hello all, I have a Magnolia tree in my yard, and the leaves are all a yellowish green, and have some brown spots on them and some branches appear to have died. Anyone have an idea what may be wrong with it? I've come up empty with my research.

Please post photos of the tree, close to the base and a whole picture of the part of the yard where it is. Did you plant it yourself? When? Do you use fertilizers, weed and feed, and do you have a watering system? All of these will help us diagnose the problem.

Hi, the tree was already here when I bought the house. The first year it looked great. Haven't really done anything to it. I will take some pictures in the morning and post them here.
