We have a dozen Chindos along one fence that are doing well, 4-5 years old and 10 feet tall at the tallest points. They meet a second run of Chindos in a corner of our yard that are newer.

Along this other fence we planted another dozen Chindos about 12 months ago. Although all of these new ones are showing some solid new leaf growth there's definitely something going on with the older leaves on these plants.

At first glance a couple weeks ago it wasn't as prevalent. We are in NC and we got a late frost so I thought that may have been a part of it. Today however I've realized we have what appears to be a much bigger problem.

At this point about 10-15% of the leaves on the shrubs along this fence have an issue to one degree or another.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!
