My grandchildren visited and I set up the 10' X 2.5' swim pool that was treated with chlorine (1" tablet) two per day over a 10 day period.

They have all returned home and I need to drain the pool.

Will the chlorine damage my organic St Augustine and soil? What can I use to neutralize the chlorine?

It's probably way too late to help you but this might help the next person with this question. When I had a pool we siphoned the water out. Make sure your connections are leak free or you could damage the lawn.
