 Post subject: Succulent Patch

We are going to take all the weeds & grass out of the strip in front of the house. We have Oak Cliff soil & would like to know what type of amendments to add before we plant cacti & Succlulents

Succulents, as you may know, don't like to stay wet so be sure you add lava sand to your organic mixture. They like lots of sun and to stay dry. I water my sedum initially when they are planted and after that it's pretty much up to mother nature.
