I haven't seen that one but Plano TX loans out a manual spreader for small yards. You open the door on a barrel device, fill it with compost and roll it across the yard. The compost drops out thru the holes in the barrel. Tony M |

The problem with that one is the compost is never screened small enough to fall through the holes. It clogs right up. |

David, I know this is an old thread, but did you ever find out more info on this ? How much, and will it handle compost, lava/green sand etc. all at once ? What if particles are somewhat large, as in green sand ? Will it still work ? This would work for me. I have a Compost Tumbler that I use for mixing various mediums. Works great. A few turns of the tumbler and all ingredients are perfectly mixed. All I need to find is something to spread them with. This sounds great, although I would expect you would have to pay several hundred for it. Kevin |
