We only add fruit and vegetable scraps in our compost bin. We are recently seeing lots of worms that are grey and about 2-3 cm long and very loud eaters. We have been composting for about a year and this is the first time we are experiencing this. Is this normal or is our compost mixture out of control? Thanks! TK |

Sounds great to me! You really can't screw up a compost pile. In time, beneficial microbes and larger organisms will break any form of greens and browns, and develop healthy mature compost. Happy Gardening! |
