When's the best time of year to move perennials and do you have any special tips for moving them? I need to rearrange some salvias-- leucantha and guarantica--due to their size. Thanks! |

Hi Bee Bzz, Fall is the best time to divide and replant. Cooler temps, often more rain and less top growth so the plants can put their energy into root growth. Best to do it 4 to 6 weeks before the ground freezes. Newt |
