Anyone recognize this plant? In the summer it has small purple flowers.

No fruit. It grew to about 3 feet but died back in the winter. |

Looks like Four O'Clocks. Flowers open up at dusk/night and close during the day. Die back in winter, but come back in the spring with a vengeance. |
