just noticed a possible problem/disease in my garlic. several plants have in the last couple of days have lost leaves they are turning yellow along their entire length with a green section down the rib. several have lost leaves entirely it is in an area about 6-8 ft feet along a row of Metechi but has spread to a few plants in the next rows of Lorx Italian and Ajo Rojo but just a cpl of lower leaves on them. 10-15 of the Metechi have gone all the way to the ground. |

Are they planted in an amended bed with great drainage? How often do you give them supplemental water, other than rain? When did you plant them? Where are you located? |

The only thing I can think of is too much water. I watered them them weekly for about a month after I planted then I let the rain do the rest. I do not regularly water. |

no i've watered about once a week, which for here at this time of year is negligible as we should be getting showers twice a week, but with drought not happening. |
