Post subject:  Yellow Spotting on Plant Foliage

I have been foliar spraying my vegetable garden plants weekly with Ron's Super Sauce. This solution is an approximation of Garrett juice from Organic Dynamics in Mesquite. The bean and tomato foliage has become yellow-spotted, and I suspect the orange oil in the solution is the cause. Think so? Also, is a weekly spraying too often?

You may be seeing a fungal problem due to all this rain and humidty. Try adding some cornmeal tea or just sprinkling with hort. corn meal. I've been doing good, but missed it this last time and now I'm seeing the yellow, too.

orange oil will burn leaves if too strong. Not sure what the npk is on what you're using, but garrett juice shouldn't be too much n for tomatoes. They don't need a lot, though so don't over do them.

But, my guess, like I said, is the fungal stuff going around, get your corn meal out fast, pull the bad leaves and remove to the compost pile (a hot pile) and keep mulch on the soil. I've got so many tomatoes waiting to ripen, we're going to have to have a farmers' market stand! ha ha
