Three questions really.

1) I went to one of Bob Webster's seminars, and he mentioned that too much turbulence in the brewer is detrimental to some of the micro-organisms. I failed to ask how much turbulence is too much. It seems that some circulation would mix the oxygen through the whole barrel more effectively, or perhaps that is not necessary. Does anyone have information on this?

2) What kind of stones are you using? Medium bubbles? Super small Bubbles? And do I need to cover the whole bottom of the container with stones? Or, how much coverage do I need?

3) There is a woman in Austin who is considered by many to be the top guru on ACT. Does anyone know her name? I would like to find any writings she has out, or perhaps go to a class if she puts them on.

Thank you
