I hope this is the right place to ask this, but I'm new, and don't have a printer, and can't get one soon.. and need my membership card.
Is there any way I can get one mailed to me?

I went to Redenta's this evening and they took my word that I'm a new member, but it still bothered me that I didn't have a membership card to show them.

I emailed about this, and haven't gotten an answer yet.

Umm, Scott...you missed the part about her not having a printer. I think her question is how can she get a membership card printed & mailed to her.

Cheryl-
I've been told that a card has been mailed to you. Let us know if you need further help.

Sorry about the name thing earlier, Scott.

I just posted to this topic to point out the error so that someone else who could help her didn't ignore the post thinking you had already solved her problem. It wasn't meant negatively towards you.

My apologies.

Kevin

Actually, if you click on that link, below the picture of your membership card it states:

If you would like to print your card and are using Internet Explorer, please make sure your browser will print images. To do this, go to the Tools Menu, then select Internet Options. In the Advanced tab, make sure that "Print background colors and images" is turned on under the "Printing" category.

Or, you can contact us at membership@dirtdoctor.com and we can e-mail you your membership card

Perhaps that last bit was recently added....

Welcome, Cheryl Ann! :) Redenta's is a great place to shop. Which one did you go to? I think there are three locations... Each is very cool in their own way. The Colleyville location is the prettiest, in my opinion. Regardless, it is good to have you join us.
