Post subject:  White Mist Flower--Help identify insect

White mist flower and an unidentified insect.
It appears to be a fly that is as large as a bumble bee. It has some features of the beneficial tachinid fly. Help from anyone out there would be appreciated.

I believe that's a type of clear-wing moth. I have them here at my house too. I will try to find add'l information and post.
