We have little asian pears on our AP Tree that we planted over a year ago! The tree looks great and healthy- but I want to make sure we dont have any problems with the tree. Is there anything that I can do/add as a preventative measure?

Not much you can do in the organic realm.

You can spray the tree every other week with compost tea, which might help add some nutrient and bio-activity.
