Got the best looking Red Riper pea vines ever and very few blooms. Was advised to never fertilize and did with Garrett Juice about three weeks after coming up. Is that my problem and is there a remedy? Have used Garrett Juice on them in years past with no problem.

Are you in North Texas, where we just had the wettest spring on record? Nothing is behaving "normally" this year - it may be an aberration.

Never mind, just slow to bloom, they are now covered and should make an abundant crop.

Thanks for letting us know. I usually harvest mustang grapes near my home by or before July 4, but I think they're only now ripening. It's a strange year.
