Any info on planting bermuda seed would be appreciated: when, how much, fertilizer, etc. Thanks!

Fertilize with organic fertilizer even if you don't have actively growing grass. The organic stuff feeds the soil microbes, not the plants.

Sow bermuda when the soil temps get up to 70 degrees F or so. Usually that's in late May and later.

How much? One seed will usually cover an entire football field before the maintenance guys can catch up to it :D Otherwise follow the recommendation on the bag.

A good rate of Bermuda seed/1000 sf is 2 lb/1000. Fertilizer should be the going rate for molassis approx 10 lb/1000. You will need to cover w/a mulch to get the Bermuda to germinate properly. Maybe a wheat straw lightly covering all the area seeded. This creates a shade for the seed to germinate. It will need watering lightly (keep moist) prob 3 times per day during daylight hours only for the first 14 days and after May 15th or as soom as soil temp reaches 70 deg. F.
