We had a hot water pipe leak under our house that soaked the joists and floor boards. Can you recommend anything that we can spray or put on the dirt under our pier & beam house to help prevent mold (some has already begun)?

Hydrogen peroxide is one of the best tools but orange oil can also be helpful.

In construction when the ground is too wet they spread lime on the wet ground to soak up the moisture sometimes. Don't know if this will kill the fungus too though.
