Here in Kingwood (a subburb of Houston) we have hanging worms coming down and spinning webs and devoring all my plants! Help! What quick treatment can you recommend?

OOOOooo-those are canker worms-inch worms! Go to a farm store or good nursery & buy trichogramma wasps, they come on small 'cards' w/hundreds of microscopic eggs. They will hatch & lay eggs in those worms. Maybe not complete control this year but they will take care of the problem in the future.

This is where I get my 'screen name'-those worms just about ate 10 ac of our woods! We bought & set them out & never had the problem again. So I AM the Tricky Grama.
