My roses are dying, and I am afraid it might be rose rosette. I took pictures, but I can't figure out how to post them. The foliage is very small and curled up on the ends. Some of the young foliage is red. Is there any way to save them?

When you are looking at the posting form, do you see the box below the line that says "Preview Submit Save Cancel?" There is a green bar with the words "Upload attachment."

Click the Browse button and navigate to your images (don't load full-sized or you have to scroll sideways to see it and read the messages). Once you've found the file you can write something about it in the "file comment" box, then click the "add the file" button and it's in there. And you can keep doing that, adding until you have your photos loaded.

I have posted 2 pictures of my dying rose bush. I cut it down today because it probably has rose rosette, but I don't know how to keep the virus from spreading to my other roses. I can't burn the branches because I live in town, and it is too big to bag up. Would it be ok for me to leave out on the street for the city to pick up and mulch? When the city comes by to mulch, could the dust from mulching infect the other roses?

Good photos and good questions. I'm not a rose person, but we have several who check in regularly. Have you looked in the "View Active Topics" area? Howard has spoken/written about this recently.
