When is the best time to have my pecan trees trimmed. It shouldn't be a severe trimming, but I've lost a couple of big limbs on tree and it needs to be done.

Any suggestions on a tree service company in Fort Worth?
Thanks,
Jody

Now is an excellent time. Maybe someone else will come along with a tree service recommendation. Otherwise, hire someone local and supervise them very closely, don't let them do flush cuts, etc. And no tree paint.

Thanks.
Yes definitely no flush cuts or paints. I cringe when I see some trim jobs.
I want the minimum taken off but not have too much weight on the limbs.

I also would like to have some sort of treatment done to them.
Thanks again.
