Gasoline - Ethanol-free
Regular unleaded 87 octane gasoline contains 10% ethanol, but the ethanol is hard on many small gas-powered tool engines. Big box stores sell quart cans of ethanol-free fuel at extremely high prices compared to at the gas station pump.
There area few stations that sell ethanol-free fuel, and can be found using the Pure-Gas site.
Texas
These service stations tend to be in smaller towns around the larger cities. For example, there are no Fort Worth vendors listed, but Burleson and Cleburne have the fuel, as does Weatherford and Azle.
Dallas has no gas stations with the fuel, the nearest appears to be to the northwest in Denton, far north in Van Alstyne or southwest in Grandview.
Load the fuel cans and plan a road trip to get the fuel for your mowers and trimmers.
