Herbicide (Natural)

Per gallon of 10% or 20% vinegar add an ounce or two of orange oil and a tablespoon of some sort of soap. Various horticultural soaps will work, and you can also use molasses, adding 1 tablespoon per gallon to the vinegar formula.
