SPCA Pet Adoption, December 6, 2018

From previous features:  Sunny was adopted! Brownie, Buster, Sunny, Slater, Rhino and Chase are still waiting for their forever homes.

Here is this week’s dog from Dallas: Donald

Meet Donald, a 3-year-old Lab mix weighing 49-pounds. He’s a bundle of fun and can’t wait to find his forever home. He knows how to sit on command and is working on “wait” and “down.” He would be a great adventure buddy, and would love to go on lots of walks, hikes and other outdoorsy things with his new owner. Donald is a little picky about his dog friends, he would prefer a doggy buddy who is his size so they can play together. Just bring them by the shelter to do a meet and greet!  If you want an outgoing, playful dog who you can teach fun tricks to, come meet Donald today! Donald has been neutered, microchipped and has received all age-appropriate vaccinations. #142956

He likes playing with toys, going for walks and spending time with people. He’s a smart feller - he knows how to sit on command and appears to be housetrained. He also walks well on his leash and does fine during car rides. Even though he is very playful, he is quite gentle and polite with everyone he meets. If you’re looking for a fun-loving family dog, he is the one for you! Brownie has been neutered, microchipped and has received all age-appropriate vaccinations. Still waiting for a home: Buster

Meet Buster, a 9-year-old Boxer mix with a great personality! After living in a home his whole life, he was pretty sad and confused to find himself in a shelter. Despite his age, he has plenty of pep in his step and lots of love to give! His favorite things are treats, plush toys (the squeakier the better), getting attention from people, and snuggling. He’s great with kids and would love a home where kids will throw toys for him! He knows sit, come, and shake! Not to brag, but he’s pretty good at puzzle games and almost always guesses which hand you're hiding a treat in. To top it off, he walks well on leash and is completely housebroken. Does it get any better than that? He’s a sweet, gentle soul and would love a quiet home with a loving family. If you’re looking for a fun-loving boy to join your family, he’s the one for you! Buster has been neutered, microchipped and has received all age-appropriate vaccinations. Come meet him today! #165166

He’s outgoing, and enjoys going new places and making new friends. He loves belly rubs and back scratches, but treats are his favorite! He will even do cute tricks in exchange for them.
