Stray Dogs

I think I heard on your show one day that you highlight shelter dogs in hopes of getting them adopted. I have 2 beautiful, sweet female dogs that I found in my neighborhood 6 weeks ago.

They were emaciated and have not been claimed by their owner, despite having microchips. I am trying to avoid taking them to the Denton Shelter, but it is not easy to get them exposure to prospective families otherwise.

 I have some local groups putting them on facebook and sending group emails out to people who could spread the word, but I was wondering if you might be able to showcase them, too. They are young, spayed and full of energy. They are funny and loving. I can email you several more pictures of both if you are interested. I would definitely keep them myself if I didn't already have 5 pets...but I would still probably try to keep them if they got along with my dog. My dog is a rescue also and she seems to instigate trouble, so I will have to give them up. If you can help in any way, please let me know. I would be so grateful!
