Each cube represents one teaspoon of sugar. The Web site is called Sugar Stacks. This site allows you to see how much sugar is in various products and gives the amount of sugar by calorie, i.e. a 12 oz. coke has 39 grams of sugar with 140 calories - and all 140 calories come from sugar.
One pop tart has 17 grams of sugar with 200 calories and 68 of the calories come from sugar. Sugar contains empty calories that do not contain healthy nutrients.

Lowering your intake of sugar is a good idea. Maybe this graphic review will help you make better decisions. I eat a lot of one kind of sugar and I recommend it to you – honey. But buy only the locally processed raw products.
